Perform the following troubleshooting step: Step 1: I would suggest you to uninstall “Steinberg Cubase VST/32 5.1 R1” program completely from the computer.

Is this a WOW64 issue? Hello Jim, Since you have tried to install the incompatible program, this might have corrupted few System files, which doesn’t let to install the application. Some websites suggested JBridge but the responses from buyers didn't look good. I don't believe I changed anything, the program just doesn't find any of the 32 bit VST plugins anymore.
Now Cubase no longer recognizes any plugins even though the dll files are in the same local, never moved. Yes, a 32 bit program was working in Windows 8 64 bit 圆4 OS. Worked great for a week, all the VST plugins showed in the FX boxes, I could select any one of them and apply them to the audio or midi tracks. I've upgraded to a new computer, installed my favorite studio recording program, Cubase, with my external sound card US 112.
